1001 Albums Summary

This album oozes passion.

I liked the funky soul sound and he has a great voice. I thought the extended songs were a bit monotonous. I did not care for his interpretation of Glen Campbell's song.

Of course, Family Affair is a fantastic song. I love the funky Bass, and I really wanted to like the rest of the album. The rest of the album is kind of monotonous. It would make good background music if you were in the mood.
