A massively influential art-pop album, with driving drum grooves and exciting synth lines, all supporting a powerful and emotive vocal from Peter Gabriel.
No doubt important, but I found it a bit thin and uninteresting… my short attention span didn’t feel massively gripped by the longer tracks which failed to justify themselves.
Beautiful live piano blending Jazz and Classical inspirations with interspersed moans of appreciation from a receptive audience.
