Violator by Depeche Mode
Apr 27 2026

It's not really my genre. But there was something very interesting about the more electronic parts like it was scifi of some thing, while being very dark and mysterious. The songs that made the biggest impression on me was probably Clean and Sweetest Perfection.

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Apr 28 2026

This quickly turned into some weird background noise, because I do just not vibe with this music. And then we got to the last song "Hymn of the Big Wheel" which I did actually quite enjoy. Not enough to really change my opinion of the whole album though

Innervisions by Stevie Wonder
Apr 29 2026

It was nice, and maybe that was all it really was. When I was in t he groove of listening to it, it was quite nice, but there was nothing that felt like it stood out to me, other than Don't You Worry About A Thing was something I had heard a cover for previously

She's So Unusual by Cyndi Lauper
May 06 2026

Probably biased from knowing some of the songs beforehand. I do feel like my one issue with her, is that I don't particular enjoy her voice. The songs are really good though, and Time After Time is hard to beat.

KIWANUKA by Michael Kiwanuka
May 07 2026

There is nothing aggressively bad about it or good. I just don't really care about the songs. Might just not be my type of mysic.

White Blood Cells by The White Stripes
May 08 2026

I don't really know what to think. Nothing really stood out to me, but it was enjoyable enough.

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
May 11 2026

Really enjoyed Me and Julio Down at the Schoolyard, but the rest didn't really leave an impression on me. And I think that one mostly did because of the Muppets movie where it is used, so I've listened to it a bunch. It was very nice though.
