1001 Albums Summary

Aside from one or two songs that threw me off a little, this album is so quiet and calming. After Hours makes you feel such a vast array of emotions; it makes you wonder. 99 out of 100 just because of the second-to-last song.

Soothing when it had to be and vibey when it had to be. Fantastic mix of genres while maintaining consistency, can’t believe its from 1969.

This album has changed my perspective on the salsa genre. There’s an amazingly positive atmosphere surrounding these seven songs that I just can’t describe, but it’s wonderful. This album is for the people that say Latin American music was only popularized in the recent years, and by urban artists.

Good ass 80s hip-hop.
