1001 Albums Summary

Wasn't really paying attention, but I feel like I understand the hype and what it evokes for people who are die-hard fans. I can see myself enjoying the album while driving on a back country road with the windows down or sitting by a lake and staring out into the horizon, but I'm at my desk, so the whole listening experience went by quickly.

man I be side eyeing radiohead after I learnt the lead was acting funny. This album is cool, definitely would re-listen with some headphones. It evokes a mood but I'M WORKING! I'm realizing if an album isn't speaking to me while I work then I know it's not for me.

This had rhythm and soul, and I felt it while I was working, which is a good sign since the last two albums I listened to weren't hitting. I can understand Portuguese, but that doesn't matter; the listening experience was a vibe! Good rec today.

Never listened to this in full and I'm glad I did! This album feels like the last act of a film where the protagonist puts everything together and their life changes for the better. Mind you, when I say this, I'm speaking of the FEELING it evokes. Overall, I liked it a lot, played it twice in a day, so that says something.

First impression: it's giving regular show which i literalllly loveee that show with my whole being!!!!!!! BRUH THIS IS LIT AF!!!!!! Can't believe I never listened to it in full, I'm having a great listening experience.

Depeche Mode truly just ignites the teen angst in me. Like I whenever I listen to their music, I just want to go to an abandoned building and stare out at the horizon and just feel melancholic lol
