1001 Albums Summary

overall, i found the vibe to be fun but nothing amazing. i know Sultans of Swing is supposed to be the most famous song on the album but i don't get the hype? like sure i would listen to it if it's playing and have fun and the solo guitar sequence is genuinely cool. but it's nothing special or new enough for me to go back to it again. also just say "sooltaans" it's not that hard.

Feels kinda normie, although ahead of its time. Good BGM.

love every song in this. some favourites- maad city, money trees, swimming pools concept albums have some different kind of pull on me. i had somehow never realised the genius of kendrick lamar until i heard this album start to end.
