1001 Albums Summary

Vibey, enjoyed the anti-establishment and anti racism themes and social commentary. Did not enjoy the misogyny and characterization of women. 5/10

Chill album with some pretty melodies, an easy listen, but nothing really jumped out and caught me.

Drawling, constantly grating, and meditative. I did not enjoy the sound but would assume the lyrics are deep and introspective

Ella Fitzgerald invented love I think. Amazing jazz, and a beautiful singer. I felt like I was in a black and white film during a dance scene.

Fun, catchy, and atmospheric. I will listen to the rest of their discography.

Banger. Didn’t feel as much like a weighted blanket of sadness like the other Radiohead albums I’ve listened to. It was angrier. Genuinely so too.

Amazing. I love U2 because my mother loves them, and they make good music.

They kind of sound like the Beetles. I liked the historical references and enjoyed this album more than I would have originally though

A bit somber and sad for my tastes. Made me feel like a noir detective who’s been left by everyone he’s ever loved but remains poetic
