1001 Albums Summary

Very complex and deep album that touches on deep topics like drugs, death, and more. The lyrics to this album were very well written and complicating (“The Black Angel’s Death Song” had the most complicated lyrics in my opinion). Not usually my type of music but my favorites were “Heroin” and “I’ll Be Your Mirror”. The song I really don’t like is the song “Venus In Furs” because the song’s meaning was weird to listen to. I will give it a 3/5 but maybe when I get further in this challenge my music taste will be more diverse.

I loved this album and the music sounded majestic and amazing. The vocals sounded great and the singer uses foreign words and gibberish a lot of the time. They took down the lyrics from places like genius.com because too many people were getting the lyrics wrong. This album was an amazing experience to listen to and each song conveyed emotions like intimacy.

I didn’t enjoy this album due to mostly how it sounded like. I understand and appreciate some of the topics the album was talking about but I didn’t enjoy it at all and caught myself multiple times not paying attention.

This album sounded great and the lyrics were sometimes fun and other times about deep topics. I enjoyed the album.
