8/10 Heavier than I thought, so much energy too compared to some of their later albums, big fan of them when they do this. Some of the riffs and basslines were funky times! Highlight: The View from the Afternoon

7/10 good fun and some gnarly synth noises here (farty one at Night of the Thumpasorus Peoples)! Amazing song names. Highlight: Give Up the Funk

7/10 Classic bluesy vibes, nice chill chords with smooth singing over the top. Liked the innovation in instruments when they emerged like whistling and wood blocks. Highlight: Mardi Gras in New Orleans

6/10 The kind of classic rock that I appreciate, but doesn't massively stand out Highlight: Deacon Blues

7/10 Very well made album, love the instrumentation and flow Highlight: To Zion
