1001 Albums Summary

I have a really annoying coworker whose favorite band is the Prodigy so I was not excited for this one. After giving it a listen I can now confirm it is annoying coworker music.

glad I finally got around to listening to this grunge classic. can't really say I see myself coming back to it, but it is a solid record.

I can’t give a low rating to an album that has Smooth Criminal on it, but a lot of the other songs sound pretty dated and cheesy

I remember when this album came out and the waves it made on Tumblr at the time, so I had high hopes coming into it, but something about it didn't click for me. the André 3000 feature was a highlight though.

started listening to this and had to turn it off after a few minutes because I was in a bad mood and it was pissing me off even more edit: after giving it a listen, it’s not… bad, I appreciate the avant-garde of it all but at times it was painful to listen to, giving it a “didn’t completely hate it” out of 5

I like the few R.E.M. songs I've heard and I enjoyed this album just fine but that was the extent of it for me.

probably my second favorite pre-Rubber Soul Beatles record. great album cover. You Can't Do That is a bummer though.
