1001 Albums Summary

this was fun while getting ready for work+stuck in traffic. i love some slide guitar (unless i'm totally misidentifying instruments)

nobody judge me this is the first bowie album i've listened to (⁠｡⁠ﾉ⁠ω⁠＼⁠｡⁠) (i know i have blind spots! the older music i listen to was mostly just electronic and prog rock 🤡)

i liked it. if i was emduring a breakup or experiencing heartache i could see the vibe being impactful. but all i can focus on was the distorted reverb applied to strings. (especially in Performance) even though i love strings in almost any form (sampled, live, tracked, midi, emulated via synth) i cannot *stand* that artistic decision _(⁑⧘ 」∠)_

i really liked this, especially since i 100% wouldn't have found it on my own. i think my favs are brother won't you join the line & there are better things to do

Rocked! somehow reminds me most of 80s Rush

sorry to the lorde heads but this didn't blow me away. (maybe i'm too much of a normie, i loved the solar power single) supercut was fun
