1001 Albums Summary

You could feel the rich Latin essence in the album. The songs felt like hot honey—softness and excitement blended so well that you didn't even notice when it was over. My favorites are Desafinado, Samba Triste, and Bahia, with Samba Triste being the clear standout. If I had to rate it, I'd give it a 3/5. It's solid work, but not the best Bossa Nova album I've ever listened to.

Fine album, not gonna listen tho. Besides The Passenger.

There has been some good songs but the songs are too long and overly eccentric for my taste. I can barely handle MJ's eccentricity. But in the end solid album
