As far as country music is concerned, it’s pretty good. But plain and pure to a fault. A nice narrative and concept with no meat on the bones or production worth mentioning.
A smooth ride from big-band-bops to orchestral ballads. The last few songs are really enjoyable and they let the piano shine. Terrible quality on the recording though- very unfortunate.
