1001 Albums Summary

The best parts of this album are at the faster-paced, lyrically and sonically fun songs. The slower songs here didn't really land for me. Layered vocals help break up the flatness of the lyric-following piano. Generally enjoyable, but I wouldn't listen to any songs on their own, probably because I don't like Queen's style much. Queen's a classic. Definitely good music but ultimately not for me. Favourite song: She's a killer.

Hit or miss. All the songs sound very similar. However, there are a couple tracks off this album I would listen to independently.
