1001 Albums Summary

Great album. With the exception of a couple songs, I can listen to most of this album without skipping.

I fully understand the Bjork is an acquired taste, especially her later albums, but if you were to infect someone with her particular brand of soundscape then this is the album to introduce her. Bjork will always have a place in the weird/wonderful/violently happy corner of my heart.

Absolutely love this album. The last couple tracks feel like a little bit of an add on at the last minute but because there are so many bangers on here I'm willing to forgive it and still give it a 5.

You're lucky to get this '2' rating Madonna...on the strength of Music and Don't Tell Me. I guess it's hard to be edgy when you are in your 40s.

This feels like a cross between the Beatles, Depeche Mode and maybe Beach Boys or Grateful Dead. I'd listen to any of those bands before this album. The only saving grace imo is Dear God but even then I love Sarah McLaughlins cover version 1k more.

Not a bad album. It felt like if I heard this on the radio I would think it was the Cure but I wouldn't change the channel.

I've loved this album since it came out. 10/10. No notes.

Not a bad little Jazz album.

I really tried to like this album but it was just too repetitive. The beats were decent enough but the songs could have been cut in half. They just felt way too long.
