1001 Albums Summary

not only one of the greatest rap albums, one of the greatest albums of all time.

masterful art pop, but i'll need some more time with this since I was a bit distracted on first listen.

this really hits in october, fully sending me into a synthpop/darkwave rabbit hole for the rest of the month

does it get more 80s than this? even the ones i’ve heard a million times before were fun to revisit.

first time listening to springsteen. absolutely loved the rawness and very matter-of-fact tone he brought to the stories. will be revisiting on future moments when i'm feeling introspective or want to get lost in an atmosphere

very solid recession-era pop
