1001 Albums Summary

Meh, old and I don't think it holds up. Simple instrumentation. Kinda boring. Two classic songs but I'd be fine to never hear it again. The female vocal leads are definitely the highlight.

I like the politically conscious songs. I don't really care for the ones about women. Overall it's a great album. My favorite song is masters of war.

Some really good songs on this album. Some of it is very poppy in a generic way and I don't really care for it. Overall I think I prefer 30. Favorite songs: when we were young, million years ago, all I ask, sweetest devotion

Ugh!! Amazing love love love! First four songs are incredible. Beautiful album cover as well

Truly incredible voice with fluent instrumentation. Clearly influential on the development of soul music.
