Albums like this are why I’m doing this list. Literally never heard of the band, but this entire album is wonderful!

The songs are okay, I like the guitars, drums, saxophone. But as soon as the voice appears, it becomes super-annoying.
Kind of laid back punk; starting to listen to the record I was expecting something more pop oriented, but there are nice pieces of rock and punk in it. Some good guitar parts and the bass is really present, round and clear. The best songs are the fastest ones, the slower ones are more forgettable and the broken voice of the singer sounds better when he's not too drawling.
I don’t remember The Only Ones, but a couple of these songs sounded familiar. Well crafted tunes!
I was a little bit puzzled by this one. They are very much one hit wonders, with the excellent single Another Girl, Another Planet that I think was re-released in the 2010s. The rest of the songs on the album don’t really live up to that, with vaguely punkish guitars and nasal vocals but nothing that stands out.
A boring Album! I don't like the singer and.
Noch nie von der Band gehört, und als der Gesang losging, dachte ich erst: "Woah dafuq that's Bri'ish". Das 2. Lied ("Another Girl, Another Planet") gefällt mir aber richtig gut, hat was (brit-)pop-punkiges. City of Fun ist tatsächlich fun. Der Rest ist okay. Aber die Stimme, naja, muss man mögen.
This one goes into the special folder (the recycle bin).
I couldn't decide on this one, like a few songs but then found annoying after a while.
I never heard of this band before Breaking Down sounds like psychodelic rock and City Of Fun was fun In general it sounds as if Pink Floyd went down a punky path and jammed with The Clash and The Police. Also, I hear some Libertines.
I had to stop half way through. It just wasn't doing anything for me.
I'd never heard of The Only Ones before. Really enjoyed this. Feels a bit like the Violent Femmes, although it predates them. Will listen again.
