A hard album. The music of a great talent deteriorating. You can hear this is someone who is damaged. It's rough and raw but there are some good songs even if it's all tinged with a sadness and tragedy. "wouldn't you miss me at all?!". Heartbreaking stuff. Here we go is a bit more upbeat and a cute song.
Probably my favourite Metallica album but also their foray into the mainstream. Some classic songs
Good cheesy rock. Some good tunes but cheesy and probably not my cup of my tea as an album as a whole
Enjoyed Sabotage but the rest wasn't for me. The odd musically interesting moment but mostly shouty annoying teenager sounding guys

Probably my first great find. London calling the song probably isn't my favourite song as it's overplayed but the rest of the album is really great
