Solid gold, and although the title track is very popular, the rest of the album is packed full of lesser known tracks which, to me, encapsulate al's early edge much better than some of his more popular work. Long time fav
I thought it was only okay. I'm a sort of fan of REM but hadn't really listened to this album, preferring their rare high-energy efforts. There were a few songs I enjoyed but the album soon descends into the kind of mellow rock that I enjoy less.
Pretty good! Good builds on some songs, interesting synth sounds and noises on some. A few songs defy expectation and develop in surprising ways. Lots of filler tracks, and an electronic sound that is overall sort of dated. Good study music

Lots of resounding classics on this album for me. Not without it's flaws but the early garage sound has always worked for me across this band's whole early catalog
like most critics I can heap high praise upon the concept and musical range. i can imagine Fela Kuti really enjoying this
