Whats the difference between avant garde and just annoying?

I think I need to be in a smoke-filled lounge to truly enjoy this album.

At first, I didn't know what to think about this album. Then I got to the third song and I definitely knew what I thought.

I really just can't deal with this. "We are the robots"?? Come on.

Just too slow for me.

Funky stuff.

A pretty bland rock album, really. Nothing terrible but also not very exciting.

I like Abba, but this album felt a little flat.

Funky, but just not my jam.
