1001 Albums Summary

Highlight is Girl from Ipanema. Otherwise just mostly relaxing and doesn't stand out to me. Don't care to listen to again.

Interesting experience. Some of it is painful to listen to (probably because wearing headphones). 50 minutes long and 2/3 of the way through I was really bored of it though. Would not listen to again but some of it was compelling.

Understand why it's liked. Enjoyed I guess but would not listen to again.

Understand why it's on the list. Didn't bother me to listen to but it didn't grab my attention even though it had more than an hour to do so. (Maybe one or two songs got some attention.) Would not listen to again.

That feel when something (vocals, a dominant instrument) is designed to come out of one ear: 0/10. Guess it's (hard panning apparently) a common thing with these old albums cause it keeps happening. I detest it personally; it's very uncomfortable when wearing headphones. Also might be that it's done better in modern music and they just didn't do it comfortably in these old albums. 2/5 for the uncomfortable listening experience but 3/5 without that and 4/5 for a few songs.
