Wasn’t into it.

Praying for time I really liked, the other songs I wasn’t that fussed about. The Album as a whole is good but gets a bit dreary. I was expecting more upbeat pop. I understand that it was made with the backdrop of the HIV/AIDS thing going on, and his own struggles so not a lot to be upbeat about I guess.

Weirdly sounds like Meat Puppets in parts but is too polished and never veers from the center of the road.

There’s that one song which I didn’t much like and then the rest I liked even less.

I made it halfway then skimmed the rest. Found it irritating. Needed editing. Too many different ideas in there so it all sounded like a mess. Not for me.

My Design Tutor was a part of Grand Central Station and did all the Happy Monday’s Album covers. I also helped Bez carry a 14” TV and PS1 to his car when I worked at Curry’s It’s like being back home. 5/5
