1001 Albums Summary

This album is really awesome. I enjoyed it today while driving from Ft Lauderdale on i-95 back home to Jensen Beach. I had already had 2 songs from this album in my Liked songs. I added Uncle Salty to that list today. The guitars are incredible. What a time that was to be alive! My mom graduated high school the year this album came out. 1975.

1963. My parents were 8 years old when this album came out. I've listened to the Beatles in "passing" over the years. I've always enjoyed them. I've watched a few of the documentaries made about them over the years. I have often wondered what John Lennon would be like today. Anyway, back to this album. All I've got to do- Feels loving, feels like being hugged in a warm sweater by someone you haven't seen in years but dearly miss. I love how you can really hear the clarity of each instrument in their songs. This album reminds me of how LOVE healthy love can be simple and pure. I love the simplicity and wholesomeness in the lyrics of a lot of these "silly little love songs". They feel sincere. I don't care if it's not. It feels that way and I enjoy letting this era transport me to simpler times. This album tastes like milkshakes and burgers post sock hop dance. I can totally understand BeatleMania. I will continue to enjoy the Beatles throughout the rest of my life. I'm sure there will be more albums of theirs throughout this project. Looking forward to it. Ya'll really got a hold on me.

I've tried to like Bob Dylan and I just can't. It feels depressing. I love depressing music but this aint it.

The person on the cover looks like if Ellen was a little person in a nightgown and wig. I enjoyed listening to this band. Pretty cool album.
