I can't relate this to anything really. Some tunes just hit (I think I am calling the 'tunes' incorrectly here).
Still rock but I am new to this kind of genre so I am unable to review it. Although it is clear it is somewhat pleasant to listen to.
Bob singing, uhm sure. Somewhat slow.
An unexpected collection of instruments. Oh they are signing wonderfully, should look into the genre later! Bang on the ear: ear kiss. They have weird like ratios.
"Man, this guy is a shining example of an 80's voice" seems to be true. A fine album, didn't hear anything specific.
clearly rock with something? Some anarchist ideas and revolutionary tones, lots of throat hurting shouting and repetition. Why not?
