1001 Albums Summary

Good at first but the end let me down.

This was my fav album in high school and it still slaps. Interesting how so many female vocal led bands still have the same sound.

Impossible to listen to this too loud or too many times. Not every song is a banger but they line up in a complex enjoyable way.

A classic

Honestly some of my fav classics that I didn’t even know were Fats Domino 😬

Was unaware that this wasn’t only a precursor to modern hip hop and mixed beats but R&B as well

Mmmmmmm not my cup of tea

So funny how much this sounds like sleater kinney at times. Love the sound but I found the album to feel long as a whole.
