Rust Never Sleeps
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Very slow and easy listening album for the first half.
Pocahontas is good, really good. Powderfinger sounds good too, fairly modern, though at this point I've noticed a lot of the songs blur into one.
Welfare Mother's is ok but is interesting in that it leads to a much heavier end of the album.
Sedan Delivery is a fun grunge song, gets the head going haha.
Super interesting that the final song is a heavy version of the first song with a flipped title.
All in all a good album, not totally up my street but I like it as a nice, short, easy listen. Pocahontas is sick though.

Rage Against The Machine
Rage Against The Machine
Bombtrack - Cool start to the album. Gets you in the moods for what I assume is to come. Actually really like this track.
Killing in the Name - Classic.
Take the Power Back - The bass at the start is the best thing about this song.
Bullet in the Head - This had me dancing around the room air guitaring so I must like it.
Not too big a fan of Take the Power Back or Settle for Nothing and thought Freedom was a bit of a boring one to end on but overall really solid album - first time I've listened to Rage properly and really enjoyed it, nice angry music to move to. Literally have no idea how people can think 'Rage Against the Machine should keep politics out of their songs'0 when that's all they're about!

Take it Easy - First song in and the name fits well, super chill, easy listening rock - Quite a nice song.
Witchy Woman - IT'S THE INTRO! Me and Ken where losing our minds trying to guess this at the pub quiz! - Sick song though
Nightingale - All seem pretty Vanilla so far (Witchy Woman is the only one sticking out.
Train Leaves Here This Morning - Another nice song but again, super slow and chill.
Overall a good album, though the only song I'd probably choose to listen to again is Witchy Woman - its a bit too dull for me, maybe good for background listening.

Santana
Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen is a great track.
Oye Como Va is also pretty sick.
Incident at Neshabur is also also pretty sick.
Really enjoy Mother's Daughter and Samba Pa Ti is also great - loving this album so far!
Hope You're Feeling Better is sick.
Honestly, what a great album! Every song is at least good and nearly all are great. First time listening through a full Santana album and I don't regret it.

Truth And Soul
Fishbone
First song in and not what I was expecting - I thought they were a Ska band haha
Ma and Pa - the only song I knew already and it's great.
Questions of Life - this pretty funky
Mighty Long Way - great song, kinda gospelly rock, very funky
One Day - I really like this too, great rythm and the guitar solo is nice.
Subliminal Facism - unsure, might love it might dislike it haha
Slow Bus Movin' - pretty cool, like a funky convoy song
Change - God this is a shit song. I get why it's in the album and why it's at the end but it's just a pretty awful, generic sounding song.
So torn on this album, some absolutely great tracks but equally as many that I didn't enjoy. I think 3.5 stars but I'll put 4 because the good songs are really good and I wouldn't mind giving this album another listen through in the future.

Kid A
Radiohead
I listened to this album years ago and never got it, seemed like pretentious, 'look how deep we are' rubbish. I will try to keep an open mind this time.
Everything In Its Right Place - ok song, wouldn't choose to listen to it casually though. (It was in Vanilla Sky which has a sick sound track)
Kid A - I liked this until the last minute just became a mess of noise
How To Dissapear Completely - nice song.
Oblivion - Best song so far but still just unremarkable.
Idioteque - This is the one from this album I liked. I'm probably less into it now then I used to be.
I essentially just zoned out and stopped paying attention for the rest of the album. I still think it's boring and 'deep-sounding' for the sake of it.

Harriet and Ken are really into this band.
- 1 track in and not really my jam so far. Not bad at all, just not something I'd choose to listen to.
I made it 4 tracks in and going to stop - not bad music but there sounds like little to no variety in style between songs. They all seem to be sung at the same pitches and style throughout all the songs so far and it really isn't my kind of thing. Would be fine as background music but even whilst working, having it on in the background was noticeably dull.

Songs From The Big Chair
Tears For Fears
Already a big Tears for Fears fan so will try not to be bias going into this one. The Hurting is one of my favourite albums but I don't think I know most of these tracks.
Shout - It's hard not to be bias when you lead with a fantastic track like this.
The Working Hour - Absolutely love this, the intro and saxophone is beautiful.
Everybody Wants to Rule the World - Classic track and not really much I can say other than it's loved for a reason.
Mother's Talk - Sounds a little James Bondy in the intro - oh, I actually know this song, a bit less poppy that the previous tracks and probably the worst so far.
I Believe - Much slower than the others, feels like I'm in an empty, jazzy dive bar at night. I like this, even with such an odd vocal style it sounds pretty.
Broken - I Believe led so well into this with it's flashier style and with the hints of 'Head Over Heels' in it, this sounds great alone and amazing between the two tracks.
Head over Hells - And then into one of my favourite Tears for Fears songs, what a great song with such an amazing guitar.
Listen - Not a fan of this (and tbh a fan of good albums tending to end on the dullest, saddest song) - it's not bad just not great in comparison to the tracks leading to it.
Overall it was a fantastic album (bias or not) and I can see why it's considered a classic though I would still personally rate and recommend The Hurting over it. A couple of tracks I didn't get on with which stops it being a 5 star but I'd definitely rate it a 4!

Red Headed Stranger
Willie Nelson
Not familiar with Willie Nelson so excited for this album - interesting that it only has a run time of around 30 mins with so many listed tracks, song don't tend to be this short anymore.
Time of the Preacher - Super pretty song
Red Headed Stranger - Like this one a lot, got a good beat to it and makes you want to sway along.
O'er the Waves - I can only describe this as Country Hawaiian and it nice.
Down Yonder - Great track, very upbeat and makes you want to move.
Can I Sleep in Your Arms - Another song that despite it's depressing lyrics, has a beautiful, hopeful sound.
I quite enjoyed this album, very chill and pretty sad in both the sound and lyrics but has enough upbeat tunes scattered throughout. Not usually my style of music so hard to compare it but I'd happily listen to this through again - low 4 stars I think.

Qui sème le vent récolte le tempo
MC Solaar
Never heard of the Artist or any of their songs before. Apparently no songs on this album have many listens at all so surprised this album made it into this list.
Definitely not sure this album is my cup of tea, it's mostly upbeat French hip-hop and it sounds fine but doesn't do much for me - I feel Hip Hop loses a lot of it's impact for me when you can't understand the language unfortunately, It's probably fine for a song or two but not a whole album.

Garbage
Garbage
Only Happy When It Rains - Like this song, nothing special though.
As Heaven Is Wide - This is cool, it sounds quite mysterious in the intro and has good guitar.
Not My Idea - I like this one too, got a fun chorus and when some quite nice vocals at times.
Vow - This is my favourite track so far, very fun and a bit less moody than the others (not lyrically though)
Stupid Girl - Everyone knows this one. Good ol' 90s rock that's fun to sing too.
Milk - I like this, sadder than the tracks before it and I think it works well.
Overall I think this is a solid album, though I think it's very 90s in style and maybe a bit too 90s for me. The lyrics tend to all be very aggressive and 'kick-ass' which I got tired of fairly early on but musically the songs are solid.

Slint
Only made it a few songs into the album and decided to stop - It's a very grungy kind of rock album with a great feeling of moodiness but just a bit too depressing and monotonous for my taste. Not too fond of the vocal style in the songs either but that's just my taste.
