Rhythmic structure of Daylight is identical to Clocks, and they follow one another on the album. /shrug Pretty enjoyable overall, especially nostalgiac for me, and very emotionally driven.
Back in the Saddle - Classic. Last Child - Absolutely slaps. Solid drum groove, amazing intro, allman brother style guitarmony, amazing vocals (obviously). Rats In the Cellar - Really driving beat. Killer guitar. New York City blues. Combination - Love the ride cymbal and fuzz guitar. Sick As a Dog - Nobody's Fault - Not super into it, big ol guitar solo fade out. Get the Lead Out - Syncopation to rock the nation.
Dark Fantasy - Intro reminded me of "Night Before Christmas", leads to some electronicially clean gospel vibes, then a verse which starts with the classic "ye, ye", Family Matters pun wins some points for sure. Monster - Absolutely amazing, especially Nicki Minaj So Appalled - RZA kills it Runaway - Beautiful song
Perfection in old school UK punkrock. Entire album is a banger.
Absolute banger of a hip hop record.

A little whiny for my tastes
Holy cow - first time hearing this record. I’m so lucky to get to experience it brand new, but also so sad I haven’t had this in my life for so long.
