Till this day I only knew one song by Hancock and I regret not having listened to this album before.

I didn't like this album too much when it was released. I preferred 19. This one felt like more of the same (as did the others that came after?). Even so, one of my favorite songs of hers is from 21: "I'll Be Waiting". Her "Lovesong" cover is not bad. :)
