Sarah VaughanListening to this album was a very pleasant experience. I loved the scatting on the last track. There was a lot to like here. Sarah Vaughan had a beautiful voice

I found this album to be mid. It was vibey but never really took off for me. Parts of sounded like cinema score and I mean that in a bad way. Parts were sonically interesting but it never coalesced for me in the way that every great album does. The light my fire cover was the best track, if the album had more like that I would have liked it.
This album was incredible. My bloody valentine is one of my favorite bands but I’m actually not that familiar with shoegaze beyond them, and this definitely didn’t disappoint. The trippy and vibey instrumentation took me to another world and for a moment anything felt possible
This album was a joy to listen to. Funky, soulful, life affirming. Would listen again
This album was good as hell. Especially liked the last track that sampled all those other songs
This album rules. I was familiar with the hits off this album and always loved them, and those still bump, but I didn’t know the other slower songs, which are sick and remind me older 70’s songs from the likes of Led Zeppelin and Rush. Surprise standout was the 8 minute Then She Did... which kicks off the 3 song finale of the album.
This album is incredible. Every song on it is dope. I am very familiar with this album and I don’t think it’s too much to say it’s the quintessential Skynyrd. Most of their best songs are on this. It’s sick. Highlights besides the obvious Freebird are Gimme Three Steps and Simple Man. R.I.P. Ronnie your legacy will live on through your art for generations to come
