Big band influences were unexpected.

Influences on music genre are clear. Really cool.

Instrumental Jazz? Wouldn't have thought it'd be my thing, but I enjoyed this.

Starts off strong. Instruments feel like a throwback, but vocals are very much of the era. "Just What I Needed" might be in my Top 10 songs. Last batch of songs are forgettable. "Moving In Stereo" is cool in concept, but didn't age particularly well.

Not my thing. Can't get into the sound.

Boring and somewhat forgettable. A different sound than I had heard from Beach Boys, but not sure I see the need for it.
