Illmatic by Nas

Straight out of the dungeons of rap. An exploration of rap poetry that defines a decade. Superb sampling. Lyrical mastery. Raw realism. One of the greatest albums ever made.

...And Justice For All by Metallica
Jul 08 2022

A masterclass in heavy metal. Playing on the stylings inspired by the late Cliff Burton, Newstead’s first foray into a revitalised Metallica allows creativity that sling throwbacks to thrash metal and welcome an era of their greatest musical achievements.

Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Jul 11 2022

An excellent blues rock adventure into the howling sounds.

Who's Next by The Who
Jul 12 2022

An album that leans heavily on the thundering rock that the band rely on. The opening track is a blast yet the rest of the album does hit highs with key signatures from guitar riff, drum fills, bass rhythm, and piano rock and roll that give the who their familiar sound. The concluding chapter of the album is one of their greatest ballads which bookends the album perfectly, yearning for earlier days of revolution in the air while maturing to accept the times ahead.

Lady In Satin by Billie Holiday
Jul 13 2022

The poetry of falling in love, heartbreak, longing, losing, and all the loving in between.

Illmatic by Nas
Jul 14 2022

Straight out of the dungeons of rap. An exploration of rap poetry that defines a decade. Superb sampling. Lyrical mastery. Raw realism. One of the greatest albums ever made.

Elvis Presley by Elvis Presley
Jul 29 2022

The beginning of rock and roll. The greatest to ever make rhythm and blues into rock and roll.
