Extremely Rhythmic and dance focused, down by the river is fire. Some deep cuts as well but was still below other Heads stuff. Still made me want to see the album tour and what David could live
Throbbing Gristle, what a name to represent a very interesting album. Beginning caught me off guard big time, each song seemed like I was communicating with an Alien. Weeping and hamburger lady were decent trippy songs. The album ended with some less Alieny music, which soothed me on my bike ride home. This band HAD to be abducted because no other type of inspiration makes sense
Super skilled by most musicians in this album. Makes me wanna watch Whiplash. No lyrics which could piss people off but if you like fluidly and musicians playing off each other this album is for you.
Great songs in this album, pretty receptive at times but would love to get a cold one with Louis
Solid album, basically Kanye with a common feature. Had some bangers but had a a couple duds
I was packing when listening to this and it the perfect worker album. Felt like I was in the coal mines they my crew
Great punk album, a lot of similar songs but if you wanna run through a brick wall this su the music to play
Didn’t hate this one nor did I live it. Some good high paced jam but just not the music for me
Live to be taken back and time to dance to these bangers
Calm and trippy one, not my favorite type of music but still enjoyed it
Can’t get enough of this album, live the sitar on Norwegian wood and just the overall flow of the album is great. Listened to 50 times and will prob listen to it 100s by 30
Good jams, not my exact type of music but definitely making listen to more smiths
Peace frog and roadhouse blues are in Unbelievable, rest of the album was very solid but those are timeless bangers
Very deep album, cool how they go into what he raps about and why he’s doing. Definitely took a misogynistic turn later in the album and I kinda get what he’s trying to do. It was a good day obviously the best.
Loved the beginning of this album, so intense and lyrically strong which is a dangerous combo. Ending didn’t hit as much but still overall enjoyed it a lot. Would have never thought it was from 1988
Pretty basic blues album, liked the jams a lot
Great garbage band sound, very similar sounding songs tho. Raw power got me moving
