Run-D.M.C.
Run-D.M.C.No one can deny Run DMC's influence on rap. However this album sounds very dated amd isnt my favorite to come out of that era. Beats seem underwhelming and lyrice dont do it for me. Highlights are Its like that and rock box.

Rumors is a classic in every aspect. The singing between stevie nicks and lyndsey Buckingham somehow compliment the band really well in a tale of relationships and betrayal. This album spawned countless singles like dreams, the chain, or go your own way. However I also really enjoy the deep cuts here (Songbird, never going back again, you make loving fun). Overall a classic with a sound that stays timeless and does not feel dated 45 years later.
Miles Davis is truly the goat of jazz.

Album is funky and smooth and one of the best chill reggae listens. The first half of the album is very strong with rhythms and lyrics to match. Second half does not live up to the first half but still really great. Also this is a tatse of what was to come with a more instrepctive album later (exodus) my personal favorite. Favorite tracks are from stir it up, high tide or low tide, and stop that train.
The album surprised me as I had no knowledge going in. It was surprisingly good front to back. I enjoyed the energy of the songs. Favorites heads will roll and dragon queen.
Wasnt for me. Not a fan of the signing.
Wasnt bad. Very jazzy but felt very boring and didnt bring anything new to the table. Not as great or influential as other Marvin gaye albums but at least it was listenable.
Yea. I couldn't do it. Too much chaos.
Pretty based over some experimental jazzy beats. I enjoyed the album for the most oart especially if you listen to the lyrics
Beautiful piano. The signing and lyrics remind me alot of Morrissey dont know why. Perhaps its the melancholy of it all. I think some of the ideas get repetitive on this fairly long album but its an enjoyable listen.
A true classic of singing and song making. This is the first album to really show David Bowie would be a star and its arguably his best.
Its a good listen. Some classic bangers included. It falls short of being a perfect classic album though as a whole.
I will mot explain myself. Great time
Creative yet not his best.
Enjoyable, not really offensive, but very generic and boring in some parts. Some songs here are super catchy though.
