1001 Albums Summary

This album was my intro to the genre by my 7th grade history teacher. It’s a solid record that has aged so incredibly well. Shout out to Mr. Kerr!

I’d rather listen to the original artists this culture vulture stole from. He’s charismatic and can sing but I find him highly overrated.

This is ultimately Em’s magnum opus but it definitely hasn’t aged well at all. Stan is the standout on this record, one of the best examples of storytelling in hip hop.
