Hard Again by Muddy Waters
Jan 18 2023

First song had the same beat as “Bad to the Bone” but also wasn’t the original, but it was still cool. Rest of the album had a similar vibe to it, kind of blues/kind of rock and roll. An album i would’ve never listened to without this for sure. “I Want To Be Loved #2” was my favorite song on here.

Deloused in the Comatorium by The Mars Volta
Jan 19 2023

Not a very interesting album. Basically sounded like the same song for an hour besides a little bit difference in Cicatriz Esp and Drunkship of Lanterns. Not bad music, just not really my taste and not very much going on. The names of the songs are very cool however.

Actually by Pet Shop Boys

I think it's synth-pop genre, which is a new one for me. One More Chance was a probably my favorite song on there. Also found out these are the guys that made 'West End Girls' which is a banger. "It's a Sin" is the most popular song on here and I enjoyed its triumphant-sounding beat. Honestly really enjoyed this. A mostly fun, upbeat album.

Diamond Life by Sade
Jan 25 2023

What a great album. The saxophone in the first few songs goes so hard. My favorite so far for sure. The time signature stuff in Frankie’s Affair has me confused and I wanna get to the bottom of it lol. Favorite song is Love Is King.

Stankonia by OutKast
Jan 26 2023

Good as expected, but honestly (I will get crucified if anyone were to see this) was expecting a little more out of the songs I didn’t know (BOB, Ms Jackson, so fresh so clean). Everything was good but those songs are the best on there by far. Not sure how much me knowing them influences that though.

Bluesbreakers by John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers

Solid little rock album. Hella guitars and shit.
