Hounds Of Love
Kate Bush
Very interesting production, almost no cymbals on the entire album. Some incredible engineering and sound design for the time. Definitely not a "party" album, best listened to as a body of artistic work geared towards personal introspection. Can be challenging at times. Bookended with two excellent pop songs.

Led Zeppelin III
Led Zeppelin
Safe to say upfront that I am not a fan of Led Zeppelin‘s particular take on 70s drug filled machismo rock and after listening to the first half of this album, I felt my preconceptions were warranted, but I have to say the second half of this album surprised me and is actually pretty good. Several songs I have not heard and honestly I felt like I was listening to something more current à la Jack White and all of his projects. I might even relisten to a few of these tracks. Overall glad I checked it out.

Wish You Were Here

What can you say, it's a classic. Floyd got the most out of 70's studio tech by far. They certainly had vision.

Another Green World
Brian Eno
Took me by surprise, wasnt expecting all the jazzy bass and such. Certainly a forward-thinking engineer in the studio but I just didn't like any of these songs. Nothing grabbed me.
