1001 Albums Summary

Quite fun blues - but some long old tunes that really lost me.

Top drawer beatles. Some of the slower songs are a bit naff let's be honest. Come together and octopuses garden are class though.

Not on Spotify. But I absolutely love Neil young.

I dislike this album. I find the singer's voice really problematic. And I suspect the lyrics are interesting, but I struggle to hear what he's saying. Is it just me? Couldn't even finish it.

What a lovely, soulful album. This is great stuff.

Boring and clichéd. Only managed half of it as it was irritating me.

Good stuff. I can't quite tell why I'm not fully keen. Is it a little bit too repetitive? Or just a little too pedestrian - as though he is playing within himself, and not really going for it? 3.5 stars.
