1001 Albums Summary

I appreciated the blues/R&B/jazz elements and I always thought that style of music was being forgotten to time (as in if it wasn't "in" or popular anymore). It was also refreshing to hear more about a female's perspective on different facets of life as opposed to my usual male-dominated rock music .

It's cool to see how progressive rock went from what it was in the 60's to what it is today.

They have made an amazing contribution to music by helping to bring rock and rap together into the mainstream.
