1001 Albums Summary

This was one of the first soul albums I've listened to, so I don't really feel qualified to review it. However, it was a great listen, bringing a nice atmosphere and mood with every song on it. Definitely something I will compare the upcoming soul albums to.

My second soul album that I listened through, and this one blew away the competition. Really nice and smooth

Stacked and classic

Tame compared to earlier works, didn't really grab my attention. Still not bad though

A classic nümetal album. However, even if it's very well known today, perhaps the most well known, it was not really genre defining at the time and does have its weak points.

Really good album, but not my cup of tea so putting a 4/5 instead of a 5/5

He be ramblin'

Understand why it can be seen as a timeless classic by jazz fans, but it's not for me.

Incredible recording. Love their own songs and the covers here. The cover of The man who sold the world is phenomenal

Big influence for some of my favorite bands

Really good and defining album. Cuts deep, unironically.
