1001 Albums Summary

All time classic, so many bangers - Crosstown Traffic, Voodoo Chile, Come On (Let the Good Times Roll), and two of Hendrix's best, All Along the Watchtower and Voodoo Child (Slight Return). Crazy guitars and drums throughout, and his voice sounds better than ever. A bit long and not as solid as his other two albums but it's still fantastic all the way through.

Never heard of this album before but this is fire. Great edgy alt pop with cool vocals, dancey and mysterious at the same time.

A couple bangers but most of the songs are kind of noodly.

Not that interested in the Rolling Stones deeper cuts to be honest

K so obviously run dmc was ahead of their time but…the bars sound goofy as hell by today’s standards lmao. Still gotta give 3 stars out of respect

Always knew Gin and Juice, never really gave this a full shot as a front to back album but it’s damn good. All the songs are so funky and slick. This is fantastic party rap. Lyrics are SUPER misogynistic tho…can’t really avoid that one…kind of a turn off for songs like Lodi Dodi and Ain’t No Fun.

Hell yeah this album slaps

Some of the instrumentals go pretty hard...but damn...I do not like this vocalist lol.
