Tapestry of sound. Complex layering. Makes you feel like dancing
Meta album. Tragic rap opera. Disturbing and triggering. Complex. Five stars
Listening was painful. Music was okay but the lyrics sucked. She’s a Woman to Me is misogyny covered up by a sweet melody. Yuck
Not my favorite music but done well. Energetic. Would be fun for dancing.
Nice instrumentals for sure but otherwise boring af. Skipped through most songs. Reminds me of Beatles. Doesn’t compare well. Vocals uninspiring Can’t Make a Sound is okay as is Bye so i rate it two stars.
Marshmallow punk? They sound so nice. “True confessions” keyboard version stands out for originality (though I would have cut the vocals) 7/10
The Man Who sucked. Nice enough music ruined by wispy-whiny vocals. Had to skip thru songs that would have otherwise enjoyed. The lyrics were a waste of everyone’s time. Makes me feel bad for how i rated Billy Joel
Raw Beatles. Way over my head musically. Beautiful and harsh. I give four stars because I had no idea what most of the songs were about. Maybe I am ignorant. No storyline unless I missed it. Fun to hear them just play together in a band 9/10
Theatrical, dramatic. Each song a vignette. Vocals are booming, but strangely monotonous like a poem read out loud? Musical arrangements varied. Lots of piano horns orchestra etc. 7/10
Complex, dynamic almost graphic instrumentally. Did not appreciate vocals except for a couple tracks like “Im Glad” The album tells a musical history, above my head 8/10, 4/5
