Pearl Jam is really good overall but this album is sort of wandering, rather than focused. Part of that is Pearl Jam being Pearl Jam, which i guess is the point ... ?

really nice! reminded me of the vibe of Last Night In SoHo -- sad, proud, vaguely feminist, deliberately retro, not much uwu.

very very folk-y folk music, in the style of most 60s folk bands who thought that a vague attempt at harmony and some plucked banjo makes a good song. it's not BAD, but it is ... a lot.

pretty good, for hairmetal, though there's not a lot of variety to the music.

a rough, unfinished album in a lot of ways, but Simon's skill and their companionship bring the essential things together perfectly.
