cinammon girl and everybody knows this is nowhere are aight down by the river scares me every single song sounds the same and then theres the fact that one song is nine minutes and one for ten minutes and FOR WHAT
This was so close to being 4 stars ngl. Novocaine for the soul is a banger. Continue to think about the beginning of Mental. Susan's House is so chaotic I love it. SO FUNNNNN
Wanted to love it but I was bored. Best ish songs: I Zimbra and Life During Wartime Is this really the same band that came out with the absolute BOP of Psycho Killer??? Doesn't seem like it but, alas.
UNFINISHED SYMPATHY Blue Lines Be Thankful For What You've Got THIS WAS SO GROOVY Honestly just gonna give it four stars because i think if i re-listened to it more that i would like it more too. It just needs time to *marinate*
Cemetry Gates and There is A Light That Never Goes Out are unbeatable and pure gems. MY BELOVEDS <3333333 "I love the smiths." "Sorry?" "i said i love the smiths." ~500 Days of Summer
i would like to unhear the intro thank you but i have to give it a three for ms. jackson alone is it based on anything else? no. and im not sorry.
I'm sorry Mr. Hayes but after the Shaft Theme i couldn't hear anything else on this album cause the constant buildup on Shaft was giving me ANXIETY!!!!!
Dancing Shoes, Riot Van, Mardy Bum, Perhaps Vampires is a Bit Strong But..., When the Sun Goes Down, FROM THE RITZ TO THE RUBBLE!!! This is closer to a 3.75 but I'm only rounding down because I prefer their other album still.
Oh my god I love The The. (I'm biased one of my favorite songs of all time is by them.) I LOVE THE VOCALS. I'm an 80's girly for real. Every song was making me sway in my chair WHILE doing homework so speaks for itself.
Eh. I just don't care that much. And they all sound the same to me tbh.
