i rly liked the singles from this album as a tween but i’ve never listened to the full album! pretty good. the bush administration was crazy. jesus of suburbia goes so hard

feel bad only giving this a 3…. i rly liked it! didn’t grip me right away but i feel like if i listened to it a few more times it would hit.

honestly kind of insane that this was my very first listen like what tf was i doing all these years…. ANYWAY THIS WENT CRAZYYYYY! 5 STARS!

i’ll be honest, i have never rly attempted to get into jazz before so this was pretty much my first serious venture. went extremely hard, but i definitely feel like i’d need to run it back a few more times before i’d truly be able to Get It. also probably would have had a more enriching experience if i had chosen to listen to it during a time that i could actually focus on everything going on instead of on emailing custies but. still very awesome!

so good!!! my dad used to play this around the house a lot when i was little but i’ve never actively revisited it as an adult. he rly loved quoting dance this mess around and commanding ppl to do all of the various moves. rock lobster was a childhood fave and still holds up to this day. BOYS IN BIKINIS! THERE GOES A NARWHAL! i put it on my very first mix cd. 52 girls is FIREEEEE. was also very surprised it came out in ‘79 it feels sooooo 80’s to me! ok that’s all i think

amazing album ofc!!!!!! gimme shelter and you got the silver are truly 10/10 perfect songs. was hesitating on whether or not to give this a full 5 but hey what the heck

WE LOVE U SOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH BEASTIE BOYS! currently on track 2 and i am actually going to listen to the whole album in the spirit of the thing and also bc it fucking slaps but like. 5 stars immediately be serious
