Violent Femmes by Violent Femmes
Dec 04 2023

feels like you’re a high schooler skipping school having a Ferris Buelers type day. Some interesting lyrics but really a coming of age album. “Time goes by, I can feel myself growing old. Burning inside, it's making this boy turn out cold” 8/10

Fleet Foxes by Fleet Foxes
Dec 05 2023

as if you’re on a road trip to alaska, escaping the life that was once had, and it’s taking place in the fall 7/10

American Idiot by Green Day
Dec 06 2023

Album 3/1001: early 2000s classic. Many many songs illicit some nostalgia or callback to a time where I didn’t have to pay utitliy bills. 9/10

The Yes Album by Yes
Dec 07 2023

Album 4/1001: Don’t really know how to feel about this album. Feels like great bar and pool music bringing it back to a time when the fish were perceivably booming 6/10

A Hard Day's Night by Beatles
Dec 08 2023

Album 5/1001 formative music of the 60s. Songs talking about love and falling in love in many different ways 7/10

Stand! by Sly & The Family Stone
Dec 11 2023

some great guitar riffs and funky vibes. Not really many songs I connected with 6/10

Parklife by Blur
Dec 12 2023

Album 8/1001: Parklife by Blur. Pinnacle 90s filler music, one song that if played you would immediately recognize the rest feel relegated to movie background music 5/10

Rio by Duran Duran
Dec 13 2023

Pinnacle of 80s music. A bop and a half, but repetitive at times. 7/10

Nowhere by Ride
Dec 14 2023

Album 10/1001 this album is epitome of filler music. Just like the title says it goes nowhere, music feels the same throughout and leads towards no significant change or dynamic listens. 4/10

Joan Armatrading by Joan Armatrading
Dec 15 2023

Album 9/1001: Picture perfect example of a solid and congruent piece of music. Each song plays well into the other, the voice of the singer and music composition solid. Feeling of finishing a long seasonal job 10/10

Low-Life by New Order
Dec 18 2023

80s classics nothing that stood out except the first song, could be missing something here

The Age Of The Understatement by The Last Shadow Puppets
Dec 19 2023

Sounded like a British country album, but moved to a more indie vibe. Great experience through and through

Darkdancer by Les Rythmes Digitales
Jun 14 2024

Some sound design from the beginning and end a little tinny, but some songs were recognizable and fun, a smooth 90s esc house album

Frank by Amy Winehouse
Jun 17 2024

Classics and timeless sounding music, would listen again

At Folsom Prison by Johnny Cash
Jun 18 2024

Good wholesome fun and Johny Cash, cannot complain. The live aspect of this album made it even more enjoyable.

Dear Science by TV On The Radio
Jun 19 2024

Decent album, not really many songs I could recall that would be deemed great as a standalone piece.

Oxygène by Jean-Michel Jarre
Jun 20 2024

Filler 70s music. I am surprised at how old it was, I would not listen again though

The Stooges by The Stooges
Oct 29 2025

Classic, songs I have heard but did not put a band nor face to

Tago Mago by Can
Oct 30 2025

Typical 60s sounds, not really any standout music for me.

90 by 808 State
Oct 31 2025

Sounds of the 80s not really anything that sticks out to me.

Pretzel Logic by Steely Dan
Nov 03 2025

Some iconic songs, but I did not even notice the album ended, so maybe a little too much in the background

Brothers by The Black Keys
Nov 04 2025

It was a vibe, some songs that you did not know you knew until you put a name on it

Repeater by Fugazi
Nov 05 2025

Felt like I was skating in Tony Hawk Underground, but nothing that was too memorable

Teen Dream by Beach House
Nov 06 2025

Songs that make you feel like you are walking on a beach in florida or something. Kinda eternal sushine of the spotless mind type

Olympia 64 by Jacques Brel
Nov 07 2025

In the mafia type of stuff

She's So Unusual by Cyndi Lauper
Nov 10 2025

Typical 80s bangers, some weird interludes that do not really add to the album

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Nov 11 2025

I thoroughly enjoyed and felt every song (I think) heartfelt, feels like your floating

Elephant by The White Stripes
Nov 12 2025

Had some bangers, but seemed to switch to more folky and less catchy songs.
