New Boots And Panties
Ian DuryI'm sure this was for someone, just not for me. I enjoy a bit of cockney British tomfoolery at times, but not for a full album.

Love me some White Stripes, Jack White, dirty rock stuff. Like this album but feel like it's not their best stuff. More blues and melodic than a hard rock album. Still good stuff.
Great album. Putting these two together was a great idea. The live audience made it better with their reactions and applause. I felt like Hetfield's vocals were a bit lacking on a few songs, like they didn't hit like they once did. Album is 24 years old. Crazy.
I remember when this came out. It was my brother's Senior year of high school. This was so mainstream that they let white people buy it. Killing Me Softly was on heavy radio rotation. It's funny how the two most popular songs on this album were covers/samples of classics.

Do love the White Stripes. This was big when it came out. The music video for "Fell in Love with a Girl" was made with Lego and was in heavy rotation on MTV. Many peoples introduction to the White Stripes and Jack White. Now "We're Going to be Friends" is used as the theme music for Conan O'Brien's popular podcast "Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend." Likely why it has a resurgence in streams on many sites. Still love that dirty rock sound that Jack White makes.
Love Led Zepplin. Definitely one of my favorite bands of all time. Definition of the 70s rock era. I haven't looked at the whole list, but I'm guessing that there will be more Zepplin to come. Trying to get my kids introduced to this. I know it shows up in a lot of movie trailers and soundtracks.
Can't say I've ever been in love with Radiohead. They definitely have some good stuff but this one was pretty melancholy. Likely would not put this in heavy rotation in my house.
Not totally in my wheelhouse. I know some people fawn over David Bowie but I feel like some songs were a complete mess. I do like "Let's Spend the Night Together," but not this album as a whole. Definitely has it's place in history though.
I've never heard of this band before but I actually enjoyed this. LIstened to it pretty much straight through. Some good drums on a couple of these tracks. 80s London. What a time!
Not too bad. Couple hits in here. Beginning of girl punk? i like it.
Wasn't my favorite. Couldn't get through just a few songs.
