Not my favorite Marley (probably Rastaman Vibration for sentimental reasons or Burnin') but legendary for a reason. The whole side B is nonstop (Jamming > Waiting In Vain > Turn Your Lights Down Low > Three Little Birds > One Love / People Get Ready)
Slow start, some cool stuff in the back half. Ignoreland is the surprise on this one.
Came into this thinking "I want to like this but probably won't." Side 1 was a pleasant surprise - two bangers off the top but 9' of Marquee Moon lost me and I never came back.
Legendary. Side A is so stupid strong, side B has Four Sticks and Levee Breaks. Anyone who likes acoustic Zep is ludicrous though.
Been listening to this quite a lot lately actually. Willie could really sing when he was young. And Blue Eyes is a hell of a song.
