This album reminds me of my senior year of high school and one particular friend. I initially dismissed it as old stoner music but found myself tapping my foot and enjoying it a lot more than I expected

I love this album but I like their slowed down BBC UK surf version of Wave of Mutilation more. I remember hearing it in Pump Up the Volume as a preteen and tracking down the band

Who decided we needed 2+ hours of Metallica? The hubris. I will say they had a point about Napster but ugh Metallica

I love this album. I loved it when it came out and I love it now. Shame Winn Butler turned out to be such a douchebag.

It’s not horrible, it’s just not good. I remember liking her prior album but never listened to this one until today. The singles didn’t interest me enough to listen to the album and that was a good call on my part.

Listen you plebeians, Carole King wrote all these songs. She’s not covering shit. I don’t know why I bother reading some of these user reviews

Classic

Is this album really cohesive? Well, no. Is this Becks best album? No. Is this my favorite Beck album? Also, no, but I still really enjoy this album. It’s hits that nostalgic for my youth feeling in my middle aged heart.
