Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Jan 19 2024

Classic start and ending of the record, with a blues/country middle. Clear standout songs are the obvious Gimme Shelter and You Can't Always Get What You Want, but I liked the album named track Let It Bleed quite as well. It's a very good album that's not hard to listen to start to finish. It only doesn't get a 5, since there's stronger complete albums our there. This one, while great, feels two tiered.

Blood On The Tracks by Bob Dylan
Jan 22 2024

Loved to listen to this one, but felt a bit two generic and samey to me.

Dookie by Green Day
Jan 24 2024

Really fun album to listen to.

Led Zeppelin II by Led Zeppelin
Jan 25 2024

I liked this more as a whole then I thought. I know the classics, but damn solid album. I wouldn't call it perfect, but I cannot give it a 4/5

Harvest by Neil Young
Feb 13 2024

Really makes you feel like you are in another place and time. I wouldnt't be able to listen to it non-stop, but this album really gave me melancholy for a time I don't even understand. It's both calming and extremely sad at the same time.

Take Me Apart by Kelela
Feb 14 2024

Altedena was a refreshing track, the rest just isnt for me?

A Seat at the Table by Solange
Feb 15 2024

Not sure how to feel about this one. Might need a relisten with a more clear mind. Wouldn't be listening to this against my own will, but also wouldn't call this a must listen to.

Catch A Fire by Bob Marley & The Wailers
Mar 14 2024

A classic.

Mar 15 2024

How good can an opening of an album be.

3 Feet High and Rising by De La Soul
Mar 18 2024

Didn't think I'd like this much, but was a fun listen. Wouldn't listen to this every day, but It's very fun.

Stand! by Sly & The Family Stone
Mar 19 2024
Sign 'O' The Times by Prince
Mar 20 2024

How 80's can you get. Never listened to this album in its entirety before and enjoyed it way more then I expected it to.

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
Apr 09 2024

An album that's all over the place. Flows quite well often, but lyrically it's all over the place, between having a nod at Biggy lyrics to plain misogyny, glorification of violence and lyrics that almost seem to parody itself. I'd easily give it 4 if it wasn't for the lyrics.

Parallel Lines by Blondie
Apr 12 2024

Honeslty, I think Bondie was a gap in my knowledge. I knew some hits, but I underrated how good the rest was.

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Oct 02 2024

Before I knew it, the album was over. Looking at the spotify plays, I found Your Time Is Gonna Come to be very underrated. Loved the organ. A classic.

Roots by Sepultura
Oct 03 2024

Quite liked this album, it's a bit of a mix of styles, experimental I suppose? Would definitely listen to it again at the right time. Just the ending seemed to go on a tad long.
